Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of quotes prior to placing their order. Our design and quote services are offered solely as an aid to our customers during their order process. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and selections submitted are complete and accurate. SRU Homestore and their sales/design coordinators are not held liable for any mistakes in quotes or designs as customers MUST review quotes and designs to verify all products are correct prior to purchase. This includes product: selection, quantity, color, dimensions and placement. Further more, all special ordered merchandise will need to be paid in full, including but not limited to: cabinets, aplliances, flooring, etc.

Verification and Inspection will require an in person review signed off by both the design coordinator and the customer. If opting out of the verification the customer assumes the responsibility of any missing or damaged cabinets. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that all shipping, billing, and contact information is accurate and up to date. SRU Homestore is not responsible for any issues that may occur with orders as a result of this information being incorrect.

SRU Homestore maintains a standard lead time for in stock products of 21 business days from the time payment is received to the time the product leaves our warehouse, plus standard freight transit times. This lead time may be extended in the event that revisions are made to the original order or items requested are backordered. All cabinets are will be hand delivered at a flat cost of $149 and Customer/Builder signatures will be required at the point of delivery unless the customer opts to have cabinets picked up for no additional cost. All orders that will be placed must have the balance paid in full.
